He has served as President Commissioner of the Company since 2022. He is a self-made Indonesian businessman with more than 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector. He made his first foray into the oil and gas industry through his downstream business operating an LPG Plant in North Sumatera and from there he gradually expanded his business into upstream business and leading Prime Group by getting involved as both owner-operator and working interest participants in the upstream and downstream oil and gas sector.

 Rudy Tavinos
Commissioner
As a Commissioner of the Company. Graduated from Chemical Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology, he has more than 35 years of experience in downstream and infrastructure businesses in the oil and gas sector. He holds 22.5% of the shares in the holding company. He has been involved in the Company's development and construction since 2008.

 Chairy Hakim
President Director
He has served as the Company's President Director since 2022 and has been part of Board member in the Group since 2010, initially joining the Board with oversight responsibilities across both upstream and downstream entities. Prior to joining the Group, he accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, holding various managerial roles in commercial and corporate banking within leading private and state-owned financial institutions in Indonesia and overseas. He is a graduate of the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business.

 Hugo Pandu Wiweko
Director of Operations
He has served as the Company's Director of Operations since 2022 and has been part of management in the Group since 2012. He is responsible for leading project management activities and overseeing the operations of the Group's downstream businesses. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). With more than 39 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he has extensive expertise in downstream operations and processing facilities.

Commercial Director
He has served as the Company's Commercial Director since 2025, and has been part of management within the Group since 2010. He is responsible for institutional and banking relation, business development, and corporate finance activities across the Group's upstream and downstream entities. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in City and Regional Planning from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Prior to joining the Group, he spent more than 10 years in the commercial and corporate banking sector in Indonesia and the Netherlands, where he developed extensive expertise in risk management, financial structuring, project financing, and corporate development.
