	Tony Antonius, as the President Commissioner of the Company. Graduated from Trisakti University, he has more than 35 years in developing and managing his business in the oil and gas industry. He has been managing Group business through upstream entities in offshore and onshore for both operator and non operator. He is also managing business in downstream entities in LPG Plants and Refinery
	Rudy Tavinos, as the Commissioner of the Company. Graduated from Chemical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology, he has more than 35 years of experience in the downstream and infrastructure of the oil and gas business. He is the shareholder of the Company holding a 22,5% stake. He was involved in the development and construction of the Company from 2008.
	Chairy Hakim, the President Director of the Company. He has been joining the Group since 2010 as a board of management of upstream entities and downstream entities. He developed his career through management program in Unilever Indonesia and later in banking industry, where he has assumed various management positions in Bank Duta, Bank Nusa, Exim Bank and Indonesia Overseas Bank, Amsterdam. Graduated from Bogor Institute of Agricultural, he has enrolled into Advance Management Program at Wharton Business School and also Sespibank.
	Hugo Pandu Wiweko, the Director of the Company. Graduated from Chemical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology, he has more than 39 years in oil and gas industry especially in downstream oil and gas and processing facilities. He has been assigned as Project Manager in the Group since 2012 before assuming duty as Director of Operations of the Company in 2022.
	Weddy Irsan, as the Director of the Company. Graduated from Pelita Harapan University, he has more than 18 years of experience in banking industry. Started his career in Bank Panin as Account Officer in 2004, he joined several national and international banks in Indonesia : Bank Danamon, ABN AMRO, UOB, Bank Mega and Bank Commonwealth with the last position as Executive Vice President, Head of National Sales and Service. He has been assuming duty as Director of Finance in the Company since 2022
